金砖五国（BRICS）共同创立的新开发银行（New Development Bank）总裁罗塞芙（Dilma Rousseff）昨（27）日发文表示，为了遵循国际间对俄国的制裁，新开发银行将不会考虑在俄国展开新投资计划。
金砖五国预计 8 月底在南非举办 2023 年高峰会，因遭到国际刑事法庭的通缉，俄国总统普京（Vladimir Putin）曾表示不会亲自参与此次高峰会，改用视讯形式与会。
